ENT treatments and Diagnostic Procedures

Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctors may perform a physical exam and use diagnostic procedures to check for ENT problems. Some common ENT problems include: 

1. Nose: Rhinitis, nosebleeds, postnasal drip, deviated septum, nasal polyps, and nasal and paranasal tumors 
2. Ears: Severe ear pain that doesn't go away in 1–2 days 
3. Throat: Sore throats that last several days, have a fever, and don't respond to pain medication
