Nurit Michelson, RN, MA, serves as the Head Nurse of the Pediatric Otolaryngology Clinic and the Head Nurse for Pediatric Tracheostomy care at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer. With extensive experience in pediatric ENT, she is a passionate advocate for improving the patient experience. Nurit actively initiates and promotes projects designed to reduce distress and enhance comfort for children and their families during medical procedures. Her work is driven by a commitment to implementing practical, patient-centered innovations in clinical practice, making healthcare a less intimidating and more positive experience for her young patients
